Onkyo Android App + iPhone / iPod Touch App

Onkyo adopts a dual approach and enthusiasm to the majority of smartphone users: In addition to an iPhone / iPod Touch app in Apple’s iTunes Store now also available from August in the Android Market Android phone available. We have looked at both free apps.

The other features of the Android app: volume control, input source selection, control of treble, bass, center level and subwoofer level. Access onto the navigation setup, including virtual navigation cross, accessing the home menu. Graphically, the app is solved very nicely and looks even dignified than the iPhone / iPod Touch app.

The app is just like the Android app for free and can be down loaded without problems. With the iPhone App, you can of course regulate basic parameters (bass, treble, surround the choice program: MovieTV / Music / Game THX /) and make the source selection. Also a comprehensive access to the streaming and Internet radio functionality is available and works without problems.
